This includes, among other things, the expansion of the ownership and management structure.
How nice it is when you succeed in finding the next generation within your own ranks. To have someone in the team who has the spirit, the passion and the skills to grow into a leadership and ownership role in the event agency is a jackpot for every entrepreneur. With Jan Kruetschnigg, we have succeeded in having a long-standing employee at our side who brings exactly that. Jan was born in Kitzbühel, is 35 years old and grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Jan's father, for example, built up sales and the NIKE brand with his fashion agency in Austria. Entrepreneurship was therefore in Jan's cradle.
After his apprenticeship at the legendary Stanglwirt, Jan's professional career quickly took him out into the world. First at DO&CO on the international event stage, then as Head of Hospitality at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg and subsequently responsible for "Mobile Assets" in the International Motorsport Team of Red Bull, he was able to gain a lot of experience. In 2017, Jan joined the event agency brandmood and has since been responsible for a wide range of event formats as senior project manager.
Since June 2023, Jan has been the third shareholder in the group alongside Rene Melik and Dieter Zand and will be responsible for the implementation of planned event projects at the operational level.
